We have had the pleasure of working with Andy twice, once as a buyer broker in 2013 and again in 2021-2022. Why do I say 2021-2022? Because Andy is not your transactional realtor, out for only the sale. When we told him we were looking to move in the summer of 2022, in the fall of 2021, he went to work.
